Polyester Insulation (Dacron) Vehicle Insulation

Our lightweight vehicle insulation has excellent thermal properties, is itch-free and is suited for use in vans and other leisure vehicles.

It is a thermal bonded dacron polyester wadding which is fully thermally compressed.

Length options: 8m, 12m, 20m, 25m (all measuring 1m wide).

The insulation measures between 25mm and 35mm in thickness. This 10mm tolerance is due to the manufacturing process in which it is thermally compressed.

This insulation meets furniture and furnishings fire and safety regulations and also meets the British standard: BS5852.
